// Sunday is up to me…//

Living in Eugene,Oregon you get used to waking up, almost everyday for about 9 months and seeing different shades of gray outside your window…today is not different and it leads my thoughts wandering to the summer..which we get about 2 1/2 months of here. I have lived in the Northwest for 9 years and now have a love/hate relationship with the sun. I have gotten most of my body tattooed since living in this town too and that skin ,which holds ink ,seems to be just a little more sensitive to the rays. It annoys me when I drive…anyways…it’s Sunday and since I just opened my own business (still amazed I have come to this point in my life) I have all day to hang out with my son. At least until his social life draws him away from me…he is 14 and has a ‘real’ girlfriend for the first time and skateboards when it’s sunny….so since he was about 8, i have been seeing less of him. I am taking him shopping though so he will hang in there for a few hours! Dumb thing to be excited about but Eugene just got IMAX and we may see a movie too…..
